        Information:

Since each individual will have his or her own very personal End-of-Life decisions to make, especially in the realms of health care and funeral choices, we strongly recommend that each adult register and attend in person.   The Setting Your House In Order Workbook is designed to be a very personal document for a single individual's use.  No one other than you will have quite the same insight about your own End-of-Life Issues.
